Job Description :-

 Position: Accounts Associate (US Clients)

 Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date day-to-day general ledgers and books of accounts.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements in compliance with standard accounting principles.
General Ledger & Adjustments: Handle accrual accounting adjustments, journal entries, and reconciliation procedures.
Software & Tools: Utilize QuickBooks (or similar accounting packages) and maintain high proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel) and word processing software.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and US-based client stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of core hands-on accounting experience (experience supporting US
clients or working with US GAAP/accrual accounting is strongly preferred).

Technical Skills:
Hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks
Solid mastery of Accrual Accounting principles and complex journal entries.
Advanced skill level with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and word processing software.
Soft Skills: Robust attention to detail, transparent communication skills, and a cooperative team-player mindset.
