Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application software.
Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.
Perform preventive maintenance of computer systems and IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and password resets.
Handle antivirus installation, updates, and system security.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, procurement, and AMC support.
Provide technical support to employees both remotely and in office.
Ensure regular system backups and data recovery support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
