Job Summary

AVM Labs is looking for qualified and motivated candidates to join our team as Blood Collection & Customer Support Executives. Candidates should have knowledge of blood collection procedures and positive communication skills to handle patient enquiries, coordinate sample collection, and provide quality customer support.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of blood collection and sample handling procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Solid patient coordination and customer service skills.

Ability to manage both blood collection and customer support responsibilities.





Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with DMLT, B.Sc. MLT, or M.Sc. MLT qualifications can apply.

Knowledge of blood collection is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience in phlebotomy, diagnostic laboratories, or patient support will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA, based on qualification and experience.
