SRK Honda, an authorised Honda two-wheeler dealership with 11 branches across Tirupur and Dindigul districts, is hiring an experienced Service Floor Supervisor for our Udumalpet workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the workshop floor and a team of technicians
Allot job cards and plan daily workload
Check work quality before vehicle delivery
Ensure on-time delivery of serviced vehicles
Handle customer complaints and repeat repairs
Maintain Honda service standards, tools and workshop discipline
Track technician productivity and daily service reports

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a two-wheeler service workshop
Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
Honda / authorised dealership experience is an added advantage
Diploma or ITI in Automobile preferred
Positive communication in Tamil

Salary and Advantages:
Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (including incentives)
