Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator is a full-time, in office role based in Hosur. The CNC Operator will set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include loading materials, selecting and installing appropriate tools, entering or verifying machine programs, and monitoring machining operations to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards. The role involves performing routine machine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting minor issues to prevent downtime.



The CNC Operator will also collaborate with supervisors and quality teams, follow safety and housekeeping procedures, and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and CNC Machinery handling.
Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and inspection of finished components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Experience working in a manufacturing or machine shop workplace, preferably with CNC equipment.
Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and capability to follow standard operating procedures.
Basic computer literacy for operating CNC interfaces and maintaining production logs.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in machining, mechanical, or production engineering is preferred.
