Greeting passengers and assisting with check-in, baggage, and boarding formalities.
Verifying passenger documents (tickets, ID proofs, boarding passes).
Guiding passengers through security checks, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
Handling passenger inquiries, providing flight information, and resolving basic service issues.
Coordinating to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting passengers with special needs (senior citizens, unaccompanied minors, differently-abled passengers).
Managing lost & found queries, baggage issues, and other service escalations.
Adhering to safety, security, and compliance protocols at all times.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
