Bathootha Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Consultant Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in the travel and tourism industry, including travel planning, flight bookings, holiday packages, hotel reservations, and customer service.

Candidates with valuable communication skills, a passion for travel, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday package arrangements.
Help prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Assist customers in selecting suitable travel packages and destinations.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.
Support the team with booking confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.
Assist with travel documentation and visa-related information.
Maintain customer records and booking details accurately.
Follow up with customers and support daily travel consultancy operations.
Learn about travel industry trends, destinations, fares, and booking procedures.

Requirements




Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with an interest in travel and tourism are welcome.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
