Job Description: HR Executive

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with robust recruitment and employee onboarding skills to manage hiring activities and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage employee onboarding procedures and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
Coordinate with departments to understand hiring requirements.
Support day-to-day HR activities and ensure a smooth joining process.

Candidate Requirements
MBA in Human Resources (HR).
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid knowledge of recruitment and onboarding procedures.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
