Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production, blending, filling, packing, and dispatch activities.
Monitor manpower allocation and ensure proper utilization of workers and machinery.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and shift handover reports.
Ensure proper handling and storage of base oils, additives, lubricants, and finished goods.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor.
Identify production issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.




Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualification in a relevant field.
Experience in oil manufacturing, lubricant blending, filling, or packaging will be preferred.
Positive leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of production reporting, inventory control, and workplace safety.
Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day production activities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
