Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients from newborns to adolescents.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including infections, asthma, allergies, and developmental disorders.
• Administer immunizations and maintain up-to-date immunization records in compliance with national and institutional guidelines.
• Monitor growth and development milestones, providing early intervention referrals when necessary.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition,
safety, hygiene, mental health, and age-appropriate developmental expectations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Stay current with pediatric medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and best practices through continuous career development.
• Participate in community outreach programs and health promotion initiatives targeting children and families.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic and coordinated care delivery.
