Job Designation: Assistant Director (Placement) Job Summary: The incumbent will provide strategic leadership for all placement-related activities of the designated School. The role involves building and sustaining strong relationships with national and international industry partners to secure competitive placements aligned with those offered at top B-Schools. The incumbent will work closely with the Dean/Director to formulate and implement placement policies, strengthen industry engagement, and enhance student employability through internships, live projects, and corporate exposure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all placement activities for MBA and related programs
• Build and strengthen relationships with national and international corporate partners
• Target high-quality placement profiles comparable to those offered by leading B-Schools
• Formulate and implement placement policies in coordination with the Dean/Director
• Strengthen summer placements, internships, live projects, periodic projects, and corporate engagements
• Organize company visits, industrial visits, guest lectures, CEO series, and corporate interaction programs
• Develop and manage placement brochures, presentations, and promotional material




• Visit companies for promotion of students and academic programs
• Build industry interfaces for training programs, corporate projects, and skill development initiatives Educational Qualifications
• MBA (2-year full-time) from a leading national or international management school OR
• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university Professional Certifications
• Certifications in Marketing, HR, Talent Management, or Leadership will be an added advantage Skilled Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations in which 2–3 years at Middle Management level in Marketing and/or HR
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in educational institutions or the service sector Skills and Competencies
