HR cum Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage HR activities, office administration, project documentation, employee benefits, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle project documentation, data entry, report preparation, and record maintenance.
Prepare and maintain project files, official documents, and administrative records.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, joining formalities, and exit documentation.
Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee coordination.
Maintain employee records related to PF, ESI, and other applicable employee benefits.
Coordinate PF/ESI registration, KYC updates, and related documentation.
Assist with payroll processing, salary records, reimbursements, and employee advantages administration.
Maintain HR records, statutory registers, and compliance documentation as applicable.
Handle official emails, correspondence, filing,



and general office administration.
Coordinate with project teams, management, vendors, consultants, and external agencies.
Prepare reports and maintain company data using MS Excel and MS Word.
Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience; freshers are not preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Positive documentation, data entry, and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
