About Catalyst Education

Catalyst Education is looking for a confident, energetic, and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to help students improve their communication, personality, qualified behaviour, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct soft skills training sessions for students and job seekers.
Train students in spoken English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deliver sessions on personality development, confidence building, and professional etiquette.
Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
Train students in teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
Develop engaging training materials, activities, and practical exercises.
Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance where required.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams to improve students’ employability.




Maintain training schedules, attendance, and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or personality development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong command of English and Malayalam.
Ability to engage students and manage classroom sessions effectively.
Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
Experience in EdTech, education, or placement training is preferred.
