Counsel prospective candidates regarding courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective candidates and update status in CRM.
Coordinate with the academics, finance and admins for smooth operations
Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, status in daily report.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support through effective communication
Technical/Software knoweldge will be added advantage
Qualification :- Degree or diploma
Experience :- Minimum 6 months exp in same role
Work Time : 10 AM - 6 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
