Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to support our sales team in day-to-day back-office operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales documents, maintaining records, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely processing of sales-related activities.

Job Description – Sales Assistant (Back Office)

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.

· Enter and maintain customer details, enquiries, quotations, and order records in Excel and company systems.

· Follow up on pending quotations and customer enquiries from estimation team.

· Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, accounts, and purchase for order-related updates.

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of quotations, purchase orders, and customer correspondence.

· Assist the sales team in preparing reports, updating sales data.

· Perform other sales coordination and back-office administrative activities as assigned.

Skills Required

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.





· Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

· Valuable numerical ability and attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain records systematically and complete tasks within deadlines.

· Positive attitude, sincerity, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with a B.Com, BBA, BMS, or other graduate degree may apply.
Candidates residing in or around Rabale, Airoli, Ghansoli, Koparkhairane, and nearby Navi Mumbai areas will be preferred.

Experience: Fresher – 0 to 1 year

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred)

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job Nature
Full time, office-based position.
Back-office sales support; no field sales responsibility.
Training and guidance will be provided to suitable freshers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹251,500.00 per year
