Job Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and implementing Quality Assurance procedures in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and company quality standards.
Maintain and review batch manufacturing records and batch packaging records.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs and other quality documents.
Support in-process quality checks and manufacturing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and data integrity as per pharmaceutical guidelines.
Assist in handling deviations, CAPA, change control,



and incident documentation.
Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), and other departments to maintain product quality.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
Positive documentation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures.
