Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate - People & Culture

Job Location: String Bio Manufacturing Plant, Vasanthanarasapura - Tumkur

Experience: 2 Yrs & above relevant experience, preferably from manufacturing setting

Academic: Graduate/ Post- Graduate in any Human Resource Specialization

Key Responsibility :

People & Culture:
Stay updated on labour laws and regulatory requirements to ensure organizational compliance and risk mitigation & adhering to the Statutory compliance and Record Management as per the Factories act.
Ensuring 100% compliance and being present for and swift response to the Factory Inspection/notices, KPCB, and Electricity Board in a timely manner.
Contractor Management and to ensure there is adequate Manpower availability.
Time office Management (Leave and Attendance).
Facilitating Recruitment, Induction and employee exit activities.




Ensure verification and timely submission of vendor service invoices for approval.
Managing Administrative Activities (Eg: Transportation, Security, Canteen, Housekeeping ,Gardening, Logistics, and other welfare facilities).
Facilitating Employee Engagement Activities at the site.
Timely renewal of Agreements and Contracts and collect feedback and review.
Employee GMC & GPA Insurance support.

Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Recruitment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Attention to detail.
