Role Description This is a full-time, in office Billing Executive role based in Indore, with a salary range of 15–18K. The Billing Executive will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generating and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy of financial data, and maintaining billing records. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve billing queries, track payments, and support timely collections. The individual will prepare regular billing and financial reports, assist with reconciliations, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant standards. The Billing Executive is expected to maintain confidentiality, uphold data integrity, and contribute to process improvements within the billing function.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Billing Process and Invoicing, with experience handling end-to-end billing cycles.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies,



and support accurate financial reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on billing-related matters.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance to understand billing impacts, basic accounting principles, and payment processes.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
