Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Pune Division. The Salesperson is responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting company services, and building solid long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and delivering product or service pitches, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand solutions in detail, addressing client questions, negotiating pricing and terms within guidelines,



and working toward monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support effective positioning of Gyantricks Infotech solutions.

Qualifications
Proven ability in client outreach, lead generation, and building and maintaining customer relationships.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical services in simple terms.
Basic understanding of IT or digital solutions and willingness to learn product and industry details.
Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools and handling documentation related to proposals and contracts.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in the Pune Division and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
