Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Product Data Management Executive to maintain accurate product information, manage catalogue listings, track inventory, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate should have basic Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to coordinate with merchandising and operations teams to ensure product data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain product information, descriptions, pricing, and catalogue attributes.
Track inventory levels and monitor stock availability across product listings.
Review product records to identify missing information, duplicate listings, and inconsistent pricing.
Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Prepare reports on catalogue completeness, inventory availability, product performance, and listing errors.
Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and validate product and inventory data.
Coordinate with merchandising and operations teams to resolve product data discrepancies.




Perform regular data quality checks to maintain catalogue accuracy and consistency.
Support daily product listing, inventory management, and reporting activities.

Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data validation.
Understanding of product data management, catalogue management, and inventory tracking.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms or product listing systems is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–2 years; freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Willingness to learn product data management tools and processes.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
