Admission Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and prospects about courses, training programs, internships, and career-oriented prospects.
Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Manage enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up consistently with prospective students and maintain an organized lead pipeline.
Guide students through the admission, documentation, fee, and enrollment process.
Coordinate with the Training, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth batch allocation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions.
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly admission targets.




Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly admission and follow-up reports with management.
Support seminars, webinars, workshops, counselling drives, and promotional activities.
Keep students informed about batch schedules, classes, announcements, and important updates.
Maintain skilled communication, student confidentiality, and a positive counselling experience.

Desired Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM or lead-management tools.
Prior experience in education counselling, sales, admissions, or customer support will be an advantage
