We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales function, develop current business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets in the polymer industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base across domestic and international markets, as applicable.
Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, dealers, industrial clients, and other key stakeholders.
Drive sales of polymer products such as polymer granules, resins, compounds, and other relevant product categories.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and long-term supply agreements with customers.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance,



and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Monitor sales performance, outstanding payments, customer credit limits, and profitability.
Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans, and periodic performance reports for management.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
8–12 years of experience in sales, preferably in polymers, petrochemicals, plastics, or related industrial products.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
Travelling will be required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
