Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end brand and store onboarding, from implementation planning to go-live.
Coordinate device allocation, dispatch, delivery, replacement and recovery with logistics partners.
Monitor daily operations, store activity and data uploads, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage escalations, and improve/automate operational processes.
Preferred candidate:
35 years of experience in Operations, Implementation, Project Coordination or Customer Success Operations.
Solid hands-on knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, QUERY and FILTER.
Robust client communication, follow-up and escalation management skills.
Candidates with exposure to SaaS, AI, hardware deployment or startup settings will be preferred
