Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Manager based in Okhla. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue recent business prospects, nurture client relationships, and generate revenue growth for the agency. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client pitches, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored marketing solutions. The role will also involve managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, tracking performance against targets, and providing feedback to enhance service offerings.



The Business Development Manager will represent Wonder Werkz at client meetings, events, and industry forums to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in identifying leads and closing deals.
Ability to understand and articulate marketing and branding solutions, working closely with creative and production teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Solid organizational, planning, and analytical skills for managing pipelines, forecasting, and reporting on performance.
Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Okhla and collaborating cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to work ethically, inclusively, and respectfully with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
