Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily road construction activities, including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, drainage, and related works.
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, surveyors, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, machinery, and daily productivity.
Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress reports, quantity records, and site documentation.
Ensure proper quality control and coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and testing.
Monitor levels, alignment, gradients, compaction, and other technical aspects of road works.
Ensure compliance with HSE/safety requirements and safe working practices at site.




Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Construction Manager for timely resolution.
Assist in planning work schedules and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Check material availability and coordinate with stores/procurement teams as required.
Support preparation of BOQ quantities, measurements, work completion records, and project reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of road construction and site execution.
Positive understanding of drawings, specifications, surveying, and construction methods.
Robust site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively in a site setting
