Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Recent Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs, and preparing drawings, specifications, and presentation materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, reviewing design feasibility, and ensuring that projects comply with relevant codes and standards. The role involves managing project timelines, supporting documentation for approvals, and contributing to design reviews from early concept to final execution. The Architect will also participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present design solutions,



and support smooth project delivery.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills relevant to architectural workflows, such as proficiency with design and coordination tools and integration of digital systems in projects.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project phases, as well as coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong visualization and presentation capabilities.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional stakeholders.
A qualified degree in Architecture and relevant licensure or registration (where applicable), along with prior experience in architectural practice, will be beneficial.
