Ensure timely confirmation of employees completing probation requirements.
Conduct exit interviews and derive insights to improve employee experience and retention.
Monitor recruitment turnaround timelines and ensure timely release of employment offers.
Ensure optimal staffing levels across the assigned portfolio.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to build and maintain talent pipelines.
Drive employee engagement, learning, recognition, and development initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
Partner with business leaders to implement performance management processes, goal setting, feedback, and performance enhancement initiatives.
