Siddhim Global School is looking for a caring, responsible, and disciplined Matron to ensure the safety, hygiene, well-being, and daily care of students residing in the girls’ hostel.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise students’ daily routines, personal hygiene, and cleanliness.
Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being within the hostel.
Assist students with their daily needs and help them adjust to residential life.
Monitor students’ health and report concerns to the school nurse and management.
Maintain student care records and coordinate with hostel staff.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules and school policies.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
Experience in a hostel, residential school, or childcare workplace preferred.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and student-care skills.
Patient, empathetic, responsible, and disciplined.
Willingness to stay on campus and work in a residential school workplace.
