Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical plant equipment and utilities.
Maintain HVAC systems, chillers, compressors, boilers, pumps, and water systems.
Monitor equipment performance and improve machine reliability and efficiency.
Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of current equipment.
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare maintenance schedules, SOPs, and equipment documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, and external vendors for maintenance activities.
Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure timely completion of engineering projects and shutdown activities.
