Key Responsibilities
- * Identify and acquire current customers for loan products.
* Visit potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
* Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, terms and documentation requirements.
* Collect and verify customer KYC and loan-related documents.
* Process loan applications and ensure timely submission of required documents.
* Conduct field visits for customer verification and follow-up.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Achieve assigned monthly business and disbursement targets.
* Coordinate with the branch team for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and KYC guidelines.
- Experience & CTC
- * 0–6 Months: CTC 2.01 LPA | Gross 15,688/month
* 6–12 Months:



CTC 2.16 LPA | Gross 16,867/month
* 12–24 Months: CTC 2.38 LPA | Gross 17,828/month
- Bangalore Prime Branches: Additional 2,936/month as Zonal Allowance & CCA for eligible locations including Basavanagudi, Ramamurthy Nagar, Kasturinagar, Koramangala, Malleshwaram, MG Road and Yelahanka.
