Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities within Operations 360.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Drive quality control reviews and monitoring of critical operational processes.
Analyze operational metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Monitor productivity, TATs, service delivery standards, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, risk, compliance, audit,



and technology teams for issue resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis for operational incidents and implement preventive measures.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance-related requirements.
Develop and mentor team members through regular performance management and coaching.
Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of banking operations and operational risk management.
Experience in quality assurance, process control, and operational governance.
Valuable knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to banking operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and automation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and drive performance in a agile environment.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and operational MIS reporting.
