Role Description The Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, collecting and verifying documentation, and preparing accurate, compliant submissions within deadlines. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs, maintaining tender trackers and databases, and ensuring that all tender requirements, terms, and conditions are clearly understood and met.



The Tender Executive will also support post-submission follow-ups, respond to clarifications, and assist in contract finalization, while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Ability to manage tender documentation, submissions, and compliance processes with solid attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) for tender preparation and tracking.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Positive analytical and numerical abilities to interpret tender terms, pricing structures, and commercial conditions.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement will be an advantage.
Understanding of basic legal and contractual concepts related to tenders is beneficial.
