Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Real Estate
Job Description:
Handle customer queries and maintain positive client relationships.
Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, and documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and legal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely support.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Experience in real estate CRM is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
