Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Way Bill Executive to handle E-Way Bill generation, documentation, and GST-related coordination. Freshers with a basic understanding of GST and invoicing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate E-Way Bills through the GST portal.
Verify invoices, delivery challans, vehicle numbers, and transporter details.
Ensure accuracy of GSTIN and other invoice details.
Monitor E-Way Bill validity and coordinate for extensions or updates.
Maintain E-Way Bill records and supporting documents.




Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, logistics, and transport teams.
Resolve discrepancies related to E-Way Bill generation and documentation.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
