1.Hospital Operations: Oversee day-to-day functioning of all clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Patient Care & Satisfaction: Ensure quality patient services, reduce waiting time, and resolve patient complaints promptly.
Department Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, nursing, OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and Billing departments.
Bed & OT Management: Monitor bed occupancy, patient admissions and discharges, OT utilisation, and patient flow.
Quality & NABH Compliance: Ensure adherence to NABH standards, hospital SOPs, patient safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
Revenue & Cost Control: Monitor operational expenses, billing efficiency, revenue leakage, and departmental financial performance.
Human Resource Management: Supervise administrative teams,



coordinate staffing requirements, and improve employee productivity.
Facility & Support Services: Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, biomedical equipment, laundry, and biomedical waste management.
MIS & KPI Monitoring: Prepare operational reports and review key performance indicators, including bed occupancy, patient satisfaction, and turnaround times.
Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, patient experience, service quality, and overall hospital profitability.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
