Responsibilities
Plan and oversee timely dispatch of finished goods (containers/buckets) to clients
Coordinate with production and planning teams on dispatch-ready stock
Liaise with planning team for vehicle scheduling
Ensure proper loading, packaging, and quality check before dispatch
Maintain dispatch records and stock movement logs
Track order fulfilment status and resolve delivery issues/delays
Ensure compliance with transport documentation and statutory requirements
Manage the returns/damaged goods process where applicable
