Key Responsibilities

Plant Maintenance Operations
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
Ensure smooth functioning of process equipment such as grinders, mixers, conveyors, granulators, crushers, acid tanks, scrubbers, rotary drum, blowers, pumps, and gearboxes.
Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement quick corrective actions to minimize production loss.
Monitor utilities (boilers, compressors, DG sets, cooling towers, etc.) and ensure continuous operation.

Team Resource Management
Supervise maintenance team (fitters, technicians, electricians, welders, helpers).
Allocate daily maintenance tasks and monitor progress.
Train staff in equipment handling, preventive maintenance, and safety practices.

Spare Parts Inventory Control
Maintain adequate stock of critical spares, lubricants, and consumables.




Raise indent/requisition for spare parts as per requirement.

Documentation Compliance
Maintain maintenance records (daily breakdown report, preventive maintenance log, downtime analysis)

Improvement Cost Control
Analyze repeated breakdowns and take measures for permanent solutions.
Suggest and implement modifications for energy saving, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
Support projects related to plant expansion, modernization, and automation.
