Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Service Operations professional to manage service delivery, revenue generation, customer satisfaction and project execution for leading company in Bhubaneswar.

Location: Bhubaneshwar

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery while meeting defined service KPIs and turnaround time targets.
Drive service revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), labour services and other service prospects.
Manage customer expectations and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with Authorised Service Partners (ASPs), contractors and internal teams to deliver quality service.
Oversee project implementation, including large and multi-location orders, documentation and execution.
Conduct service audits and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.




Manage spare parts inventory and ensure effective stock control.
Monitor service profitability and support working capital management.
Lead, motivate and develop the service team through training, coaching and performance management.
Build strong relationships with banking clients, government departments, institutions and retail customers.
