Department: E-commerce / Dark Store Operations

Job Summary :
The Store Manager – Dark Store will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the dark store, ensuring effective inventory management, timely order fulfillment, team management, safety compliance, and coordination with last-mile delivery partners to meet customer SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily dark store operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, and quality benchmarks.
Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff and supervisors.
Coordinate with central planning, dispatch, and transport teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.
Handle escalations and ensure smooth operations during peak volumes.
Maintain MIS reports on manpower, productivity,



inventory, and costs.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of warehouse/dark store operations.
Team leadership and management skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure, rapid-paced environments.
Good communication and coordination skills.Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, email).

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Degree in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.

Experience:
3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail operations, or dark store management. Working Hours Rotational shifts, 6 days working

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
