Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused skilled to support daily dialysis centre operations, improve patient experience, and coordinate with medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
Enhance patient experience through regular interaction and timely grievance resolution.
Coordinate with doctors and paramedical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage patient queries received in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels.
Maintain staff duty rosters and address staff-related grievances.
Ensure implementation of quality standards and centre operating procedures.
Support centre marketing activities and patient acquisition.
Maintain patient records, manage data,



and work on the Ayushman Portal.
Assist in daily centre administration and ensure smooth operations.
