Role & responsibilities:
Assess patients' health conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist doctors during patient consultations, examinations, and minor clinical procedures.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Perform dressing, wound care, and other nursing procedures as required.
Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their clinical condition to the treating doctor.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols, including biomedical waste management.
Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency supplies.
Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, procedures, and patient visits.
Educate patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and follow-up visits as advised by the doctor.
Provide first aid and assist in emergency management whenever required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure skilled conduct at all times.
Coordinate with doctors, reception staff, and other clinic personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
