Key Responsibilities
Desktop & Hardware Support
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Software & Operating System Support
Install and configure Windows OS, MS Office, and other business applications.
Troubleshoot software errors, system performance issues, and application failures.
Ensure antivirus updates, system patches, and basic IT security compliance.
Network & Internet Support
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network issues.
Manage network printers and assist with routers, switches, and connectivity.
Coordinate with internet service providers for network-related issues.
CCTV & Office IT Infrastructure
Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
Maintain biometric attendance systems and other office IT devices.
Coordinate with vendors for IT infrastructure maintenance.




IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain records of IT assets, including computers, laptops, printers, and accessories.
Track equipment allocation, repairs, replacements, and warranties.
Maintain IT inventory records and documentation.
Employee Technical Support
Provide timely technical assistance to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
Maintain records of IT complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Support email configuration, system setup, and data backup.
Ensure smooth functioning of all office IT systems.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and software installation.
Valuable understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
Experience in printer troubleshooting, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.
Knowledge of IT asset management, data backup, and antivirus tools.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
