We’re looking for a proactive Fulfillment Manager to manage end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensure timely order processing and deliveries, and drive operational efficiency across logistics and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations, from order processing to final delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor order fulfillment, inventory availability, dispatch planning, and delivery timelines.
Ensure adherence to TAT, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
Track orders and resolve delays, delivery exceptions, and escalations.
Monitor inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment accuracy.




Maintain operational MIS, performance reports, and fulfillment dashboards.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, warehouse, procurement, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners and delivery operations.
Robust analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with MIS reporting, Excel, and operational KPIs.
Experience in e-commerce, automotive, B2B logistics, or quick commerce is an advantage.
