Responsibilities
Operate and maintain all plant utility equipment and systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Ensure maximum uptime and reliable operation of plant utilities.
Carry out equipment shutdowns and startups as required.
Support Production and Projects departments in utility-related activities.
Assist in project commissioning and maintenance activities.
Maintain records of utility parameters, consumption, and equipment performance.
Assist maintenance technicians in inspection, repair, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Projects, RD, and QC teams as required.
Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures.
Take timely corrective action to minimize utility-related production interruptions.
