Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed construction drawings.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
Prepare drawings for civil, electrical, plumbing and interior works.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers and site teams to incorporate design changes.
Ensure accuracy, dimensions and detailing in all drawings.
Revise drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.
Prepare door, window, staircase, furniture and other construction details as required.
Maintain proper drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings.

Preferred Candidate Profile
35 years of experience in architectural drafting and working drawings.
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of SketchUp and other drafting software is an advantage.




Valuable understanding of architectural plans, sections, elevations and construction detailing.
Knowledge of residential building construction, interior detailing and working drawing standards.
Ability to coordinate with architects, designers and site teams.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
Ability to work independently and deliver drawings within project deadlines.
