Job Description: Senior Architect Design & Project Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect who can independently handle architectural design development, lead the design team, and manage client interactions. The candidate should be capable of translating client concepts, sketches, and design briefs into technically sound architectural drawings and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings based on client requirements.
Interpret design concepts and sketches and translate them into detailed architectural drawings.
Lead and supervise architects and draftsmen, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Independently coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and incorporate design revisions.
Coordinate with structural, MEP,



and other consultants to resolve design-related issues.
Review drawings for technical accuracy, coordination, and compliance with applicable project requirements.
Manage design development and construction documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Requirements
10–12 years of relevant architectural experience.
Hands-on experience in architectural design development and working drawings.
Proven team leadership and client-handling capabilities.
Solid AutoCAD skills; Revit experience is an advantage if required for the project.
Experience in data center's, IT parks, pharmaceutical buildings, or similar large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A hands-on design qualified who can understand the client's concept, develop the design, prepare or guide the preparation of drawings, lead the team, and independently manage client discussions
