Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Monitor business performance, KPIs, budgets, and operational expenses.
Lead department heads and drive team productivity and accountability.
Identify prospects for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Support business expansion,
strategic planning, and organizational development.
Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare business performance reports and present operational updates to the CEO and senior management.
Drive leadership development, employee performance, and continuous improvement.
Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.
