Role & responsibilities
Translate product requirements into detailed functional system requirements.
Modify system requirements based on Problem Report (PR) outcomes from the Change Control Board (CCB).
Develop and maintain system models using SysML and MATLAB/Simulink.
Ensure compliance with ARP4754A and ARP4761 guidelines.
Utilize requirement management tools like DOORS to track and manage requirements.
Participate in Change Control Processes to manage and implement system changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system requirements into design and development phases.
Validate and verify system requirements against industry standards and customer expectations.
Document and report on requirement changes and impacts on system design and performance.
Support the development of test plans and validation criteria based on system requirements.

Qualification Criteria:
Proven experience in translating product requirements into functional system requirements.
Experience in modifying system requirements as per Problem Report (PR)



outcomes from the Change Control Board (CCB).
Exposure to SysML and MATLAB/Simulink or other Model-Based Design (MBD) tools.
Familiarity with ARP4754A and ARP4761 guidelines.
Experience using requirement management tools such as DOORS.
Knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) and Change Control processes.
Exposure to engine or Electronic Engine Control (EEC) system requirements.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
