Network Security Engineer - Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Job Type: Full time.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions.
Provide technical support for customer network environments.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide timely resolutions.
Document technical issues, configurations, and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
Valuable hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiSwitch, technologies.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.




Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
CCNA and EPSP certification, and robust hands-on FortiGate Administration skills.
Willingness to travel locally, if required, for customer support activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
