Key Responsibilities

Cost Control & Analysis
Monitor daily food and beverage consumption and costs.
Analyze food cost, material cost, and wastage reports.
Prepare monthly cost analysis and variance reports.
Ensure adherence to approved budgets and cost targets.
Identify prospects for cost reduction and process improvement.

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records for food, beverages, consumables, and cleaning materials.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
Monitor stock movement and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.

Purchasing & Vendor Management
Verify purchase requests and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material supply.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice verification.
Ensure quality standards are maintained for all received materials.

Operational Support
Monitor food production quantities and consumption patterns.
Ensure proper portion control and recipe compliance.
Support kitchen and service teams in minimizing wastage.




Maintain records related to catering operations and client requirements.

Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Support statutory and client audits by providing required records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management, Commerce, or related field.
36 years of experience in Industrial Catering, Corporate Catering, Hospitality, or Food Service Operations.
Robust knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and MIS reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
